The FIT – Dip Rig is a compact and independent rig for working on the upper body (mainly arms, shoulders and pecs). This apparatus is installed indoors or outdoors. It can be fixed on hard ground (with the installation of a cushioning floor) or on natural ground (grass or fluent soil such as: wood chips, sand, gravel).
