The FIT – Dip Rig is a compact and independent rig for working on the upper body (mainly arms, shoulders and pecs).
This apparatus is installed indoors or outdoors. It can be fixed on hard ground (with the installation of a cushioning floor) or on natural ground (grass or fluent soil such as: wood chips, sand, gravel).

Punching bag

The Punching bag, part of the FIT range, is a compact and independent apparatus that allow users to develop the cardio-respiratory system and muscular explosiveness. With a bag measuring Ø320mm, a height of 1200mm and located 600mm above the ground, this pushing bag allow users to easily practice footwork and punches.

This Appliance can be installed indoors or outdoors. It can be fixed on hard ground or on natural ground.
